Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior yoga experience to join the training?
Not at all! Our 100-hour and 200-hour trainings are designed for everyone—whether you’re a complete beginner, a dedicated practitioner, or someone looking to deepen their understanding of Yin and Yang. For the 300-hour training, a 200-hour certification is required to ensure you’re ready for the next level.
What style of yoga will we practice?
Expect a beautiful fusion of Yin & Yang—balancing stillness and movement, softness and strength. You’ll explore Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar-inspired alignment, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra, creating a well-rounded experience.
Will I be able to teach after completing the training?
Yes! Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a Yoga Alliance-certified certification, allowing you to teach worldwide. More importantly, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to lead authentic, well-structured classes.
What is a typical day like during the training?
Each day is thoughtfully structured to include practice, workshops, philosophy, meditation, and hands-on teaching, with plenty of time for relaxation. Plus, we sprinkle in special experiences like Ice Bath Therapy, a Beach Day, and surprise workshops!
What kind of accommodation can I expect?
Our retreat center offers private and shared rooms, all with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, direct pool access, and a peaceful ambiance—perfect for rest and rejuvenation.
Is food included? What if I have dietary restrictions?
Yes! We provide three nourishing vegetarian meals daily, carefully crafted to support your yoga journey. Vegan and other dietary preferences can be accommodated—just let us know in advance!
Will I have free time?
Yes! While the training is immersive, you’ll have time to relax, explore, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether it’s a swim, a sauna session, or a quiet moment in nature, balance is key.
What makes this training unique?
Beyond learning and certification, this is a transformational journey. From anatomy and alignment to energetics and philosophy, we take a holistic approach. Plus, with personalized mentorship, surprise workshops, and immersive experiences like meditation under the stars, this training is unlike any other.
What if I’m not flexible or strong enough?
Yoga isn’t about touching your toes—it’s about what you learn on the way down! No matter your level, we’ll meet you where you are and help you grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.
How do I get to the retreat center?
We are just 15 minutes from Ubud and 10 minutes from Karamas Beach. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request, making your journey seamless and stress-free.
Can I stay longer after the training?
Absolutely! Many students choose to extend their stay to relax, explore, or integrate their experience. Let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange the perfect stay for you.
Is there medical support available during the training?
Yes! We have 24/7 medical advisory support, as a registered nurse is part of our team. While we can assist with basic medical needs, we strongly recommend having health insurance to cover any unpredictable medical costs.
Do I need to bring anything for health and comfort?
We’ve got you covered! We provide essentials like bug spray and other necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Just bring yourself, your yoga mat (if you prefer your own), and an
