  • Body Awareness & Neutral Alignment: Teaching students to find their neutral spine and pelvis alignment to avoid strain and injury while maximizing posture effectiveness.
  • Postural Breakdown: In-depth study of common asanas (e.g., Downward Dog, Warrior poses, and Standing Forward Fold) and the key alignment points for each.
  • Adjustments vs. Cues: Learning the difference between verbal cues and hands-on adjustments, and when each is most appropriate for different students.
